The worksheet is where the user will input data and also recieve outputs from the command line interface. The worksheet is also where graph commands can be plotted from by using the plot functions. The worksheet can also call upon T-File programs which can be executed in the worksheet. Hence the worksheet is the work area for the user.
To create a worksheet the user can go to the file menu and select new worksheet. This will open a new worksheet where the user can enter the data in. If a current worksheet is open then this will need to be closed to open a new one. Click here to see a diagram of the function. Worksheets can be save by going to the file menu and clicking upon the save function. If the worksheet has already been saved then the user can click the save button on the file menu or the toolbar menu and the file will be overwritten with the new file. Files that are saved are labelled with the extension TPW and these can be opened using the open option if they need to be view again. To open a
worksheet the file open option can be chosen from the file menu. An open
dialogue box will open and the user can select the file to be opened.
Only TPW extension saved files can be viewed. Any other files that need
to be opened need to be exported from the program it was created in under
this extension. The worksheet will only open if the previous one has been
closed. |
